National Organizer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Lawyer Henry Nana Boakye, has issued a stern warning to the NDC government, urging them to refrain from misusing their power.
In an interview on Wontumi’s morning show, Nana B emphasized that the government’s failure to address propaganda and uphold accountability will ultimately lead to their downfall.
“If you misuse the power given to you by Ghanaians, it will overwhelm you. The people of Ghana did not elect you to engage in propaganda and undermine the stability of the country. They expect you to work in their best interests and promote peace and development.” Nana B cautioned
Nana B expressed concern over the government’s reluctance to address propaganda in the country, particularly from the NDC’s side. He cited recent controversies, such as Richard Jakpa’s actions towards the former Central Governor, as examples of the government’s failure to promote accountability and stability.
“As the President, you need to be the peacemaker,” Nana B stressed.
“You must stand above the fray and work to unite the country, rather than allowing partisan interests to divide us. The people of Ghana are looking to you for leadership, and it is your responsibility to deliver.”
The NPP National Organizer concluded by assuring that his party is committed to supporting any necessary investigations to promote the country’s progress.
“We will continue to hold the government accountable for their actions and ensure that they work in the best interests of the Ghanaian people,” Nana B pledged.
