New rates for freight forwarders following announcement by the Ghana Shippers’ Authority (GSA) and Ghana Institute of Freight Forwarders (GIFF) took effect from Sunday, January 1, 2023. The new rates follow an agreement signed by the two giants in the maritime industry, to guide Freight Forwarders and Clearing Agents who assist importers to clear their goods at the country’s two seaports, Tema and Takoradi ports, and land ports at Elubo and Aflao borders, as well as the Kotoka International Airport (KIA).
