Ghana captain Andre Ayew is confident in the youngsters named in the Black Stars squad for the tournament.

Addressing the press ahead of Ghana’s opening group game against Morocco, Andre Ayew reiterated his support for the players and believes they will play a key role if Ghana is to win the tournament.
“These guys have the opportunity to prove themselves to the world and we are there to help them, we try to let them understand what an AFCON means,” he said.
“I believe in them because they have what it takes to be here so I know they will make it and we are here to guide them.”
Ghana will begin another quest to end a 40-year-old throphy drought with a group C game against Morocco in Younde today.
