A 20-year-old boy, Samuel Obeng has killed his 8-year-old brother, Messiah Akomeah in a bush near Kwamo in the Ejisu Municipality of the Ashanti region.
After the gruesome act, Samuel Obeng, returned home to inform his uncle about the murder.
He claimed he was possessed by a spirit when he manipulated his younger brother to follow him to the remote location where he killed and tried to dispose off the body.
The uncle of the suspect, Kofi Appiah in an interview with Adom News expressed shock at the gruesome act.
Though he admitted the suspect smokes marijuana, known in local parlance as ‘weed’, he never saw this coming.
Meanwhile, the almost decapitated body of the boy has since been found and deposited at the mortuary.
